Privacy Notice

Last updated 6 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use bonnevilledata.com or book training with us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Bonneville Data is a trading name of Ruby AI. In these pages, "Bonneville", "we" and "us" mean Ruby AI, trading as Bonneville Data. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at contact@bonnevilledata.com.

What we collect and why

  • Booking form. Your name, work email, company, approximate number of attendees, any promotion code, your acceptance of our terms and your booking reference. We use these to arrange and deliver your training and to contact you about it.
  • Payment. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy notice. We receive the order details, such as your name, email address, country, amount paid and booking reference. We never receive your card number.
  • Scheduling. When you book a slot or a call through Calendly, we receive your name, email address, the time you chose and any answers you give, such as your booking reference.
  • Correspondence. Emails and calls you have with us.
  • Session recordings. Training sessions are recorded, so recordings include attendees' voices, video and anything shared on screen. Recordings are shared with your company and kept for our reference. They are never published without written permission.
  • Company name and logo. We may name your company and show its logo as a training customer. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.

Cookies and website data

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser details to serve the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Paddle's checkout and Calendly may set their own cookies when you use them.

Legal basis

Where data protection law asks for a legal basis, we rely on: performing our contract with you (booking, delivery, payment); our legitimate interests (keeping business records, naming customers who have not opted out); and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the providers that help us run the service: Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Paddle (payments), Calendly (scheduling), Google Fonts (web fonts) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We rely on their contractual safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them to deliver the training and to meet accounting and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete recordings and anything you shared with us for the session.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To use any of these rights, email contact@bonnevilledata.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16.
