Terms of Service

Last updated 6 October 2026

These terms cover Private Langfuse Training bought through bonnevilledata.com. By booking, you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. Who we are

Bonneville Data is a trading name of Ruby AI. In these pages, "Bonneville", "we" and "us" mean Ruby AI, trading as Bonneville Data.

You can reach us at contact@bonnevilledata.com.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to Private Langfuse Training booked on this website. Consulting work (ClickHouse, Langfuse and migration scopes) is covered by a separate written agreement for each engagement.

3. What you are buying

One private Langfuse training session: two hours delivered live and remotely to a single company, for up to 10 of your company's own people, plus one hour of follow-up time to review your project progress and answer questions, to be used within two weeks of the session. The fee is per session, not per attendee.

4. Price and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • The price is $2,000 USD per session, charged in full at booking.
  • Paddle collects and remits any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.
  • Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to the purchase. We never see, handle or store your card details.
  • A valid promotion code reduces the fee, to zero where the code is full value. Codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.
  • Invoicing is available on request before booking. Invoices are due within 15 days, and the session is scheduled once the booking is signed.

5. Scheduling and rescheduling

  • You pick the session time yourself from the slots we offer, once payment is complete. Sessions need at least seven days' notice so we can build your workspace.
  • Times outside the offered slots can be arranged by email.
  • Either side may move the session with at least 72 hours' notice before the start time, at no charge and as many times as needed.
  • Inside 72 hours the workspace has been built and our engineers are committed, so the session is used. We may waive this at our discretion.
  • Unused follow-up time expires two weeks after the session.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to deliver or receive the training. This covers anything your team says during the session about your systems, roadmap or vendors, and anything we share about how we run our own stack. It does not cover information that is already public, independently known, or required to be disclosed by law.

We will not name what you are building, or quote you, without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

  • Nothing transfers in either direction.
  • Your code, data, prompts and systems remain entirely yours. We claim nothing in them and do not need access to any of them for a training session.
  • The training materials, slides, runbook and the workspace code and configuration remain ours. Your company gets a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them internally, for any number of its own people, including re-running the recording for new starters.
  • That licence does not cover reselling the materials, teaching them commercially to third parties, or publishing them outside your organisation.
  • The workspace built for your session is transferred to your Langfuse organisation or deleted, on request. If neither is requested it is deleted 90 days after the follow-up session.

8. Name and logo

We may use your company name and logo on bonnevilledata.com and in our sales materials to say that your company has taken this training. Nothing else will be said about the engagement without written permission. You can opt out at any time by emailing contact@bonnevilledata.com, and we will remove it at the next site update.

9. Recording

The session is recorded. The recording is shared with you and kept by us for our own reference. It is not published, shared with third parties, or used in marketing without written permission. Attendees are told at the start that recording is running. The follow-up session is not recorded unless you ask.

10. Your data

A training session needs no access to your systems, repositories, production data or Langfuse account. The workspace is built with synthetic traffic. If you choose to share something anyway, it is covered by section 6 and deleted on request. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice.

11. What this is not

This is training, not a delivery engagement. It does not include deploying, configuring or instrumenting your own systems, writing your code, or any support beyond the follow-up session.

12. Liability

Our total liability in connection with a session is capped at the fee paid for it. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one published on this page when the booking was paid for. Questions: contact@bonnevilledata.com.
